My approach to photography is centered around slowing down and allowing moments to unfold naturally. 

Rather than treating a wedding day or session like a photo checklist, I focus on creating space for real connection, genuine emotion, and the moments that happen organically throughout the day. When people feel comfortable and present, the most meaningful moments < and images > naturally  follow. 

Many of my couples tell me that one of their favorite parts of working together is that their day never feels like it's being distracted or interrupted for photos. Instead, I guide when needed, step back when the moment calls for it, and capture the moments you didn't think you'd want to remember.

Those are often the images that end up meaning the most years later.

Building genuine relationships with my clients has always been one of the most rewarding parts of this job. 

Over the years I've had the privilege of photographing couples as they begin their lives together, documenting growing families, and watching seniors step into exciting new chapters of life. Being invited into these milestones is something I never take lightly, and it's what continues to make this work so dang meaningful to me. 

My goal is always the same: 
to create an experience that feels relaxed, fun, and seamless so you can stay fully present while I capture the moments that make your story yours.

I'm a "go-with-the-flow" type A personality -- I love being organized and prepared, but I'm also someone who can adapt quickly to changes when the day takes unexpected turns (which happens more often than you'd think on wedding days!).

More than anything, I want the experience of being photographed to feel enjoyable, easy and something you'll look back on with great memories - not something that you had to get through.
